Shipping Information

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark. We aim to make your experience as smooth as possible.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Delivery Times:
– Denmark: 1–3 business days
– EU countries: 3–7 business days
– UK & US: 5–10 business days

Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
International Orders: We ship to EU


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Return Window: 14 days from delivery date

Return Conditions:
– Items must be unused and in original packaging
– All tags and dust bags must be included
– Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
Non-Returnable Items: Used items, gift cards, final sale products

Change of Mind Returns:
If you choose to return your Céranoir piece simply because you no longer want it or changed your mind, the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Once we receive the item in its original condition, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to change your item, you can return your order for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

To start a return, email us at care@ceranoir.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.


Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our studio. If something arrives damaged or faulty:

– Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
– Include clear photos of the damage and packaging

We’ll do our best to make it right, quickly and fairly.
