✧ Shipping Information

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark. We aim to make your experience as smooth as possible.

• Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday)
• Delivery Times:
  – Denmark: 1–3 business days
  – EU countries: 3–7 business days
  – UK & US: 5–10 business days
• Tracking: Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email
• International Orders: We ship to EU, and UK. For other countries, please email us at care@ceranoir.com

✧ Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

• Return Window: 14 days from delivery date
• Return Conditions:
  – Items must be unused and in original packaging
  – All tags and dust bags must be included
  – Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
• Non-Returnable Items: Used items, gift cards, final sale products

To protect your profits:
We offer one free return label per order within Denmark. For EU and UK orders, customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.
If an item is returned used or damaged, a partial refund may be deducted accordingly.

To start a return, email us at care@ceranoir.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.

✧ Damaged or Faulty Items

We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our studio. If something arrives damaged or faulty:

• Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Include clear photos of the damage and packaging
• We’ll do our best to make it right — quickly and fairly
